Nail Salon Cancellation Policy

• Your appointment time is valuable to us. We want to make sure that you receive the best service possible during your scheduled appointment.

To help us do this, please confirm your appointment within 24 hours, if you need to cancel or adjust the time please call to the salon. We’ll be happy to help you reschedule. Because each appointment time is reserved for a valued client, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you’re running late or can’t make it. Failure to give at least 24 hours notice will result in being charged full price for your appointment.

• Not showing will also be charged the full amount and may be required to make a deposit when booking a future appointment.

We understand that sometimes unexpected delays happen. That’s why we allow a 15 minute grace period for emergency situations. But if you are late 5-15 min to your appointments, it’s not guaranteed that we will be able to do all of the booked services. Please understand that and if you are repeatedly late, we will charge 50% of the service fee and require that you rebook your appointment for a later date.”

• You won't be charged when cancelling or rescheduling up to 48 hours before your appointment time. Otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation, and 100% for not showing up. If you are late more than 20 min to your appointment it will be considered as not shown and you will be charged 100% of the service price.

• Accounts with any unpaid balances will be unable to book any future appointments. Any future appointments already scheduled will be removed until the balance is paid. Additionally, any accounts that hasn’t shown 5 times within 365 days will be blocked.

• Appointments scheduled ahead cannot be swapped/exchanged with anyone else.
